Request questions

Is requesting a product free?+
Yes — requests are completely free for members. Non-members can request too; if the product is added, you can get it with any membership plan or (where available) as an original license purchase.
How long does it take to add a requested product?+
Most requests are fulfilled within 24–48 hours. Rare or niche products can take a little longer — we'll keep you posted by email either way.
What products can I request?+
Any premium WordPress theme, plugin, builder addon, or template kit — plus many PHP scripts. If it exists and is GPL-licensed, we can usually add it.
What if the product can't be added?+
A small number of products can't be sourced. If that happens we'll email you to explain, and suggest the closest alternative in the library.
Will I be notified when it's live?+
Yes — you'll get an email at the address you provide the moment your requested product is added to the library, with a direct download link.
